“Struggling Fields”: All India workshop on agrarian crisis

Inquilabi Kendra, Punjab and Janashakthi, Karnataka organised a two day workshop on Agrarian Crisis in India at Barnala city in Punjab on 16th and 17th of January 2016. The title of the workshop was “Struggling Fields”. The aim of the workshop was “to share our understanding on the specific nature and extent of agrarian crisis in different parts of India, our basic analysis on the prevailing conditions overall and the reasons behind the same and exchange our ideas on how to resolve the issue, thus trying to deepen our understanding on the issue in the process.” Many organisations across the country took part in the workshop and presented papers. In this 1st installment we present about half of the papers that we received from the organisers. The rest would be uploaded in the 2nd installment.
